Top Employer 2024: Zentiva receives three certifications
Zentiva proudly announces its recognition as a Top Employer in the Czech Republic and Romania for the third consecutive year, and for the first time, in Bulgaria, by the well-respected Top Employers Institute.
The Top Employer certification is one of the world’s most prestigious in the field of human resources management and measures each sub-activity in relation to the best industry experience. Therefore, this achievement not only highlights Zentiva's commitment to its employees but also positions the company as an employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry.
“We care about our people, and we want Zentiva to be a great place to work. Only thanks to satisfied and motivated employees can we fulfil our mission and successfully ensure the supply of high-quality and affordable medicines to people in Europe and beyond," comments Bridget Olde Olthof, Head of People & Organization at Zentiva, on the award.
The Top Employer Institute assesses organisations via a rigorous analysis of their people practices based on six domains: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage, Unite consisting of 20 different topics, across the business and employee lifecycle. These include: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Sustainability.
In 2024, the Top Employers Institute certified more than 2,300 organizations in 119 countries, positively impacting the lives of over 12 million employees worldwide.
