Held at its Headquarters in Prague on September 4, Zentiva and the External Supply Operations (ESO) team welcomed 25 Strategic Partners to discuss collaborative efforts for a better future.

The importance of the event was highlighted by the presence and active participation of Zentiva Executive members and senior leadership throughout the whole day. The event was attended by representatives of our strategic suppliers, CMOs and Licensors alike, with 12 different speakers from Zentiva taking the floor to address the key topics.

Working hand in hand with strategic ESO partners crucial

In a keynote address, Zentiva’s CEO Steffen Saltofte introduced the company and presented our exciting growth journey. He highlighted the crucial role of working hand in hand with our ESO strategic partners. The speakers then further delved into various topics, including Commercial Operations in Central and Eastern Europe and Western Europe, as well as business development and supply chain management, emphasizing the importance of these areas in our overall strategy.

A significant part of the summit was dedicated to the voice of the supplier; how ESO is enhancing the ways of working to ensure sustainable growth in performance and relationships. Dialogues centred around KPIs, forecasts, orders and areas for improvement. Lastly, Quality and Sustainability were also on the menu, underscoring our commitment to trustful partnerships.
